Head of Training

The role

As Head of Training, you lead our entire AI training offering. You design the programs, run workshops for executives and operational teams, and turn our learners into confident, autonomous users. You are the guardian of teaching quality and of our training clients' satisfaction.

Your responsibilities

• Design and evolve our AI training paths (in-person and online)
• Run workshops and sessions for executives, business teams and the general public
• Tailor content to the needs and level of each audience
• Create teaching materials (slides, exercises, case studies, documentation)
• Assess learning and measure the impact of training
• Contribute to our online learning platform (LMS) and its content
• Continuously monitor AI tools and use cases
• Help promote the training offer with the sales team

Who we're looking for

• Experience in training, instructional design, teaching or consulting
• Excellent facilitation and simplification skills: making the complex simple
• Good understanding of AI and tools like Claude, ChatGPT, etc. (we train you on the latest)
• Organization, autonomy and teaching creativity
• Comfortable speaking in French and English
• Affinity for digital tools and content creation
