Business Developer

The role

As a Business Developer, you are the engine of our growth. You identify companies that can benefit from AI, meet them, understand their challenges and offer them our solutions (audit, integration, training, custom development). You work hand in hand with the technical team and management to turn prospects into satisfied, loyal clients.

Your responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new clients (SMEs, large companies, institutions) in Madagascar and the Indian Ocean
• Lead discovery meetings, understand needs and present our offers
• Write commercial proposals and negotiate through to signature
• Build and manage a clear sales pipeline with rigorous follow-up
• Represent AI Boost at events, trade shows and networking meetings
• Nurture long-term client relationships and spot new opportunities
• Bring market needs back to the team to refine our offering

Who we're looking for

• At least 2 years' experience in business development, B2B sales or consulting
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong listening ability and a taste for negotiation
• Genuine interest in artificial intelligence and digital transformation (technical expertise is not required, curiosity is)
• Autonomy, rigor and a results-driven mindset
• Strong written and spoken communication in French and English
• Comfortable with office tools and a CRM (a plus)
• Driving license and mobility in Antananarivo appreciated
